About us
Ghost Quantum is a vehicle for sharing, mentoring, advising based on knowledge and experience gained over a long period of time. The focus is less on direct expertise but rather on the enabling components of day-to-day work at any level, from someone's very first experience in the workplace through to the most senior and experienced who have been working for years - and everyone in between. It focuses on the "gaps" - the areas that are not taught but that consume much of what we all encounter in the workplace every day and that so often consume such a lot of our energy.
It speaks directly to practical experience and targets pragmatic and immediately achievable actions, from someone who, like so many others, has learnt the hard way by making mistakes and gaining a greater understanding over time.
